REPRESENTATIVE LeDuc of Marlborough moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 1231-1000, by adding the following $2 million for the funding of a portion of the costs associated with the design of facility upgrades to the city of Marlborough’s Westerly Wastewater Treatment Plant and in said item by striking out the figures “$25,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$27,000,000.”
