Representative Walrath of Stow moves that the bill be amended by adding at the end thereof the following section:

“SECTION       .   Section 20 of chapter 44 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence: -- The provisions of the preceding 2 sentences shall not apply to bond premiums received on or before July 31, 2003”.
