REPRESENTATIVE TORRISI of NORTH ANDOVER, REPRESENTATIVE LANTIGUA of LAWRENCE, and REPRESENTATIVE FINEGOLD of ANDOVER move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 0337-0600, in line 1, by inserting after “courts” the following: “provided further, that $100,000 be expended for the CASA program in the Lawrence Juvenile Court.”
