Representative Festa of Melrose moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 2820-0100, by adding the following: “provided further, that $150,000 be expended for the replacement of lights surrounding the recreational fields adjacent to the Lynn Fells Parkway in the City of Melrose“.
