FLEUR and WALSH of BOSTON move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 0810-0000, by adding the following: “;provided further, that not more than $250,000 shall be expended from the funds appropriated in this item for a safe neighborhood initiative-pilot program in the Bowdoin/Geneva area of Dorchester;”
