REPRESENTATIVES ST. FLEUR and WALSH OF BOSTON move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0200 by adding the following: “;provided further, that not less than $833,000 shall be expended for the Volunteers of America Rebound Youth Residential Recovery Program at Long Island Hospital in the city of Boston for substance abuse and rehabilitation services to youths with addictions;”
