Representative Keenan of Salem moves that the bill be amended in section 2 by inserting after item 2800-0100 the following item:

“2800-0108  For maintenance of the Commonwealth’s park and beach system, including improvements to public access; provided that $350,000 shall be expended for the Kernwood Marina in the city of Salem………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………$350,000”
