Representative Keenan of Salem moves that the bill be amended in section 2 by inserting after item 2820-9005 the following item:

“2850-1511  For a grant program to fund the rehabilitation, reconstruction and construction of sea walls; provided, that $250,000 shall expended for the rehabilitation, reconstruction and construction of sea walls in the city of Salem………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………$250,000”
