REPRESENTATIVE FROST of Auburn moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 19 by inserting after “2005” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be provided for the design and construction of a recreational and athletic field in the Town of Auburn”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$20,392,890” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$20,492,890”.
