REPRESENTATIVE MICHAEL RODRIGUES of WESTPORT moves that the bill be amended in section 2 by inserting after item 7003-0803 the following item:-

7003-2001 Bay State Works

“For the establishment and operation of the bay state works program; provided, that funds will be available to provide grants to employers and training providers; and provided further, that all funds appropriated in this item shall be available for expenditure until June 30, 2008……$6,000,000”.
