REPRESENTATIVE MICHAEL RODRIGUES of WESTPORT moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7003-0702, by adding the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for grants to providers of workforce development and job skills training services for projects benefiting older adults”.
