REPRESENTATIVE Murphy of Weymouth and REPRESENTATIVE Bradley of Hingham move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 2820-0100, in line 13, by inserting after “employees;” the following:

“provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the continued creation and maintenance of a linked trail system for local and state parks along the Back River in the towns of Weymouth and Hingham, to complete the project created in Chapter 149 of the acts of 2004.”
