REPRESENTATIVE TORRISI of NORTH ANDOVER and REPRESENTATIVE RODRIGUES of WESTPORT move that the bill be amended by adding at the end thereof the following section:

SECTION XX. Section 29A of chapter 23G of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 67, the figure “$50,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:— $100,000.
