REPRESENTATIVE TORRISI of NORTH ANDOVER, REPRESENTATIVE RODRIGUES of WESTPORT, and REPRESENTATIVE BOSLEY of NORTH ADAMS move that the bill be amended by adding at the end thereof the following section:

SECTION XX. Section 27 of chapter 23G of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “loans”, in line 75, the following words:— “, working capital and contract based loans”.
