REPRESENTATIVE TORRISI of NORTH ANDOVER, REPRESENTATIVE RODRIGUES of WESTPORT, and REPRESENTATIVE BOSLEY of NORTH ADAMS move that the bill be amended in section 2, inserting new line item 7004-2020 and adding the following item:

“7004-2020- For the recapitalization of the Massachusetts Community Development Finance Corporation; provided, however, that not less than $3,000,000 of funds made available to the Massachusetts Community Development Finance Corporation shall be used to fund a community development financing institution, previously known as the New Markets Entrepreneurial Fund, Inc…………………………………………$8,000,000”
