Representatives Binienda, Fresolo, Pedone, Leary, and Spellane of Worcester move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7003-0702, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for Centro Las Americas to provide workforce training, educational services and other transitional services in the city of Worcester”
