Representatives Binienda, Fresolo, Leary, and Spellane of Worcester move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 8900-1100, in line 2, by inserting after the word “rates;” the following: “provided further that not less than $80,000 shall be provided for the Dismas House, so-called, in the city of Worcester”
