Representative Costello of Newburyport moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 6005-0015, in line 55, by inserting after the words “capital projects” the following:

“provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the Town of Amesbury for the expansion of a parking deck serving the new regional transit center.”
