Representative Costello of Newburyport moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 2820-0100 by adding at the end thereof the following:

“provided further that not less than $35,000 shall be expended to Amesbury for Coastal Trails System signage in Amesbury, Salisbury, Newburyport and Newbury, and for a feasibility study to link Amesbury and Salisbury in the trails system.”
