REPRESENTATIVES MICHAEL COSTELLO of NEWBURYPORT and MICHAEL RODRIGUES of WESTPORT moves move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7003-0702, by adding the following:-

      “provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for a contract with the Kids and K9 assist Inc. to provide a Partnerships for Independence program in conjunction with the Department of Youth Services in the School District of Lawrence, to provide alternative therapy to at-risk youth for youth development programs and for the prevention of juvenile delinquency.”
