Representative Costello of Newburyport moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0112 by adding at the end thereof the following:

“provided further that not less than $60,000 shall be expended to the Boys and Girls Club of The Lower Merrimack Valley in Salisbury for after-school programs for at-risk juveniles.”
