Representative Costello moves that the bill be amended in section 2 by inserting after item 2800-0101 the following item:

“2800-0108. For maintenance of the Commonwealth’s park and beach system, including improvements to public beach access; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the design and construction of a boardwalk along Salisbury Beach; provide further;” and in said item by inserting the figures “100,000.”
