Representative Costello of Newburyport moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 2800-0101 at the end thereof the following: 

“provided further that not less than $65,000 shall be expended as a grant to the Town of Salisbury for the Economic Development and Revitalization Plan of Salisbury Beach and the required Flood Hazard Zone remapping.”
