Representative Costello of Newburyport moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 0611-5510 by adding at the end thereof the following:

“provided further that not less than $69,713 shall be expended to Salisbury for an inaccurate revaluation of the Salisbury State Reservation during the years 2002, 2003 and 2004.”
