Representative Costello moves that the bill be amended by adding at the end thereof the following section(s):

“Section 67. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the temporary tax amnesty program authorized by Chapter 4, Section 73 of the Acts of 2003 and Chapter 46, Section 113 of the Acts of 2003, which the Town of Salisbury adopted by vote of Town Meeting on October 27, 2003 is hereby extended for the Town of Salisbury until June 30, 2007.”
