Representative Straus of Mattapoisett moves that the bill be amended in section 2, by inserting after item 6000-0200 the following item:

“6000-0250  For a program of matching grants with public and non-profit entities for the implementation of navigational dredging projects within so-called, designated port facilities of the Commonwealth, provided that no less than $200,000 shall be expended to the Town of Fairhaven toward its match of the navigational dredging in New Bedford Harbor…………………..$750,000.
