Representative Straus of Mattapoisett moves that the bill be amended in section 2, by inserting at the end of item 2200-0100 the following:

“provided further that $160,000 shall be expended as a fifty percent (50%) match for the joint sludge handling facility repair project of the Towns of Fairhaven and Mattapoisett.”
