and systems to protect public health and safety in the transportation of

implement and administer a uniform registration, permitting, tracking, location
and recovery program for persons who transport hazardous material or hazardous
waste by motor vehicle on the public highways in interstate or intrastate
commerce; provided, that said pilot program assess the feasibility of
implementation and effectiveness of the registration; permitting; tracking;
location and recovery, integrated with the Executive Office of Public Safety,
of hazardous materials in the Commonwealth; provided further, that any vendor
engaged contractually by said executive office must have prior experience with
recovery infrastructure and automatic and direct integration with law enforcement
agencies in the Commonwealth,” and moved to further amend said item by striking
the figure “$2,345,873” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: -

SECTION___: Said section 63 of said chapter 277, as so appearing is hereby further amended in lines 3 and 4 by striking out the words “, twenty-two A, twenty-three,”.
SECTION___: The second paragraph of said section 63 of chapter 277, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 19 and 20, the words “thirteen B, thirteen F, thirteen H, twenty-two, twenty-two A, twenty-three” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- thirteen H, twenty-two,
