Mr. Smola of Palmer and Ms. Gobi of Spencer move that the bill be amended by adding at the end thereof the following section:

“SECTION__: Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, in fiscal year 2008, the Essential Community Provider Trust Fund, as established in Chapter 58 of the Acts of 2006, the comptroller of said fund shall provide a $1,000,000 one-time grant from the fund for Baystate Mary Lane Hospital in the Town of Ware.”
