Mr. Kocot of Northampton,                        move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4400-1000, at the end thereof, the following: “…provided, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for education, advocacy and case management services by Casa Latina, located in the City of Northampton”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$67,034,698” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$67,109,698”.
