Mr. Kocot of Northampton,                        move to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 2511-0105 the following new item:

“2511-0106 For a pilot project, Food to Families, to be operated by Communities Involved in Sustaining Agriculture (CISA) and the Pioneer Valley Growers Cooperative, to purchase fresh vegetables, aquacultural and agricultural products from growers and producers in the Pioneer Valley for distribution to needy individuals and families through the Northampton Survival Center                                          $75,000”
