Representatives Fresolo and Binienda of Worcester move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0099, in line 40, by inserting after “rehabilitation program” the following: “provided further that $14,000,000 shall be expended for installation of sewerage systems in and around the Granite Street neighborhoods of Worcester, with an additional $8,000,000 expended for roadway and drainage improvements”
