Mr. Miceli of Wilmington moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 4510-0600, in line 12, by inserting after “for the maintenance of a statewide lupus database;” the following:

“provided further, that $150,000 be expended for the completion of the comprehensive study of the exposure routes and patterns of contaminants in the Maple Meadowbrook Aquifer migrating to and affecting the Wilmington drinking water supply and the study of incidents of childhood cancer in the town of Wilmington.”
