Mr. Miceli of Wilmington moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 7004-9005, in line 4, by inserting after “40 of chapter 121B of the General Laws;” the following:

“provided, that $350,000 be expended for costs associated with the Tewksbury Center expansion project on Chandler Street in the town of Tewksbury.”
