Mr. Miceli of Wilmington moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 9110-1455, in line 14, by inserting after “2008 the amount authorized in this item;” the following:

“provided further, that $500,000 shall be made available for the operation of the Serving the Health Information Needs of Elders (SHINE) program.  Said funds shall be used towards the cost of a full-time staff person at each of the local outreach sites of said program, and for other local support costs.”
