Mr. Robert M. Koczera of New Bedford moves that the bill be amended in section 2, line item 2260-8870, by inserting after “General Laws” the following: “and provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be provided for but not limited to monitoring unlined landfills”, and in said line item by striking out the figures “$16,116,601” and inserting in the place thereof the figures $16,616,601”.
