REPRESENTATIVE GIFFORD of WAREHAM moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in line item 4403-2120, by adding the following: “provided further that not less than $8,000 shall be expended for the Evergreen House Social and Vocational Rehabilitation Program in Wareham.”
