REPRESENTATIVE GIFFORD of WAREHAM moves that bill be amended in section 2, in line item 7007-0300, by adding the following: “provided further that not less than $170,000 shall be expended for the Bourne Financial Development Corporation, to complete re-development projects in Buzzards Bay and to begin a re-development analysis of MacArthur Boulevard in Bourne.”
