Mr. deMacedo moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in line item 7003-0701, by adding the following: “Not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the International Institute to provide long-term case management and employment training for highly skilled legal immigrants”; and in said item by striking out the figure “21,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “21,150,000”.
