REPRESENTATIVE ST. FLEUR of BOSTON moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7003-0702 by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for education, career development and employment service programs operated by the Urban League of Massachusetts;”
