Mr. Evangelidis of Holden moves that House Bill 4000 be amended in Section 2 in line item 1232-0100, by striking the figure “$18,200,000” at the end thereof and inserting in place the figure “$18,450,000,” and be further amended by adding the following language after the word “Laws”:

“;provided that not less than $250,000 will be expended to the Wachusett Regional School District for immediate response actions undertaken to begin environmental and contamination remediation of fuel oil at the Dawson School located in the town of Holden.”
