Mr. Evangelidis of Holden moves that House Bill 4000 be amended in Section 2, in line item 5911-1003 by striking the figure “$73,226,467” and inserting in place the figure “$73,251,467,” and be further amended by adding the following language after the words “per consumer”:

“; provided further that no less than $25,000 shall be used to establish a pilot program for alternative therapy, including hippotherapy and therapeutic horseback riding.”
