Mr. Evangelidis of Holden moves that House Bill 4000 be amended in section 2, in item 8000-0010, in line 13, by inserting after “descriptions of these grants”, the following: “and provided further, that not less than $70,000 shall be awarded to purchase and install an emergency power generator to be placed in the public shelter of Hubbardston Elementary School in the Town of Hubbardston”; and in said item by striking out the figures “21,351,035” and inserting in place thereof the figures “21,421,035”.
