Mr. Evangelidis of Holden moves that House Bill 4000 be amended in Section 2, in line item 8324-0000 by striking the figure “$11,222,852” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$11, 247,852” and be further amended by adding the following language after the words “this item”:

“;provided further that no less than $25,000 shall be transferred to the town of Holden for a feasibility study of a multi-use public safety structure; provided, that no assessment shall be made for these items.”
