REPRESENTATIVE Curran of Springfield and Mr. Welch of West Springfield moves that the bill be amended under the Department of Housing and Community Development, in line 7004-0099, by inserting after the words “provided further”, that not less than $125,000 shall be expended for the Hungry Hill Development Corporation in the city of Springfield;
