Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0100 by inserting at the end thereof the following:  “…provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for Communities Involved in Sustaining Agriculture (CISA) to promote and preserve family farms in western Massachusetts”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$4,583,183” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$4,683,183”.
