Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 6005-0015 by inserting at the end thereof the following:  “…provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended by the pioneer valley transit authority to provide transportation services to students and families with school aged children residing at the Florence Heights housing facility to and from the Robert K. Finn elementary school located on Ryan Road in the city of Northampton.  Said transportation services shall be offered on a schedule established in consultation with the principal and parent-teacher organization of said school ”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$52,254,572” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$52,279,572”.
