Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7007-0300 by inserting at the end thereof the following:  “…provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the town of Hatfield to support marketing and planning efforts to diversify the commercial tax base in said town”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$3,481,699” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$3,531,699”.
