Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7007-0300 by inserting at the end thereof the following:  “…provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for the Jacobs Ladder Business Association for grants to small businesses to expand high speed internet services in the “Highlands” region, including the town of Montgomery”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$3,481,699” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$3,511,699”.
