Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 6000-0100 by inserting at the end thereof the following:  “…provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to repave damaged sections of Route 66, located between the intersections of Florence Road and West Farms Road in the city of Northampton, pending the reconstruction of said road ”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$5,151,309” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$6,151,309”.
